Probate

We have many years experience in dealing with obtaining Probate and the Administration of Estates.

We can either simply obtain a Grant of Representation on your behalf, or we can deal with the whole of the Administration of the Estate, including collection of assets, payment of liabilities, sorting inheritance tax issues and the final distribution of the assets to the beneficiaries of the estate.

If you wish us to simply obtain a Grant of Probate, we will need details of all the assets involved and their values. We would charge between £250 and £750 plus VAT to obtain the grant of representation. Our costs would depend on the size of the estate and therefore the forms which were required to be completed. If the Estate was over the Inheritance Tax threshold, we would quote on an individual basis.

If you wish us to deal with the whole of the Administration of the Estate, again, we would quote on an individual basis.
