Making a Will

Never got round to it, or put it off for one reason or another? Seven out of ten adults still die without making a will, often leaving their loved ones to sort out complicated and stressful financial matters. Remember a will is a good investment which buys peace of mind for you and your family.

Please make an appointment to provide us with instructions to prepare your Will. If you have difficulties in coming to the office then we will be happy to make a home visit at no extra cost to you.

A straightforward Will is prepared at a fixed fee of £125 plus VAT.

Straightforward Mirror Wills are prepared at a fixed fee of £200 plus VAT.

If, at your appointment, it is revealed that you need further advice in relation to your wills e.g. you have inheritance tax queries, you wish to protect assets from social services, you want to make gifts with reservations etc we would then need to provide you with an individual quote to suit your needs, our fees would then range between £200 and £500 plus VAT.
