We offer a special range of services to meet the needs of elderly clients and clients with elderly relatives.
We understand at Ratcliffe & Bibby that home visits may be necessary as some clients have difficulties in travelling and are no longer used to the prospect of leaving the family home. We are therefore happy to make arrangements for home visits to take instructions from clients and do not charge any extra for the service.
We also place great importance on establishment of a good relationship between client and solicitor and will therefore endeavor to ensure that so far as is possible the same staff are always available to provide continuity of service and help to develop a good working relationship.
