As the Practice Manager at Ratcliffe & Bibby, Alistair ensures the firm runs smoothly and efficiently every single day. With a comprehensive role that spans compliance, staff management, IT infrastructure, and marketing, he is a central pillar of the firm's operational success, keeping everything aligned with the highest professional standards while supporting a collaborative and productive team environment, that is created by the superb staff at R&B.

Outside of the office, Alistair is kept busy and active with a wonderful family, and makes the most of the winter season by hitting the ski slopes whenever possible. A dedicated sports fan, he is also a long suffering supporter of Liverpool FC and Lancaster City FC.
