Lynsey Rees

For more than 20 years, I have worked as a Family Solicitor in the Lancashire area, helping individuals and families navigate some ofthe most challenging and emotional periods of their lives. I am committed to providing clear, compassionate, and straightforward advice.  I understand that seeking legal support can often be daunting. My approach is centred on listening, understanding, and guiding clientsthrough every stage of the process with sensitivity and professionalism.  Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with clients based on trust, empathy, and open communication. Helping peopleachieve positive outcomes during difficult times in their lives.

I am an accredited member of the Law Society children’s panel and an advanced member of the Family Law Accreditation scheme. I also am a member of resolution.

Outside work I love spending time with my daughter and my black lab. I enjoy running and playing netball.
