Shaun Foreman

Shaun joined Ratcliffe & Bibby as a trainee solicitor in 2006 after completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester and obtaining his Law degree from Lancaster University. Following qualification in 2008, he specialised in wills, estate administration, trusts and Court of Protection matters.

Now a Director of the firm, Shaun has extensive experience advising clients on estate planning, asset protection and Inheritance Tax mitigation. He is committed to providing practical, tailored advice that helps clients plan confidently for the future.

Outside the office, Shaun is an enthusiastic Manchester United supporter and keen golfer, spending much of his free time working to reduce his handicap. He also enjoys cooking and socialising with family and friends.
